The app is designed for admins and baristas to interact with orders by updating statuses through the order screen. Every time an order is updated a mobile user gets a notification. Baristas and admins can update drinks, food items, and add-ins through the app. The app also supports a variety of reporting metrics. Admins can also sign up for Stripe Connect through the application.

The app is offered on the web as well as iOS (iPad).
