OnePass App allows you to save all your passwords and PIN codes in a local database. All the entries are encrypted with your own encryption KEY, accessing the app requires 4 digits PIN code or bio metric authentication like fingerprint.
The passwords are saved locally on your device, you can take a backup of the stored database to your own cloud storage like Google Drive to retrieve it later using the same encryption key.
