WILSON
APP to manage internal communications and process authorizations
Wilson permits to manage all the mobile interaction between internal and external customers. It works using vtenext community as backend. It permits to the user:
- private organization chat (called "conversa") related to the business objects (customers, mail, orders, tickets and so else)
- authorization and any other processes of the organization can be managed by Wilson APP
- view the customers data related to the own business (exe. orders, quotes, projects)
- it can be easily integrated by API with the main CRM and BPM applications
