What we store when you sign in

You sign in with Google. We store your Google account ID, your name, your email address and a copy of your Google profile picture. Your email is used to sign you in and to send you emails about your listings. It is never shown publicly.

Anything you add to your profile or submit (apps, links, a bio, your country, social profiles, feeds) is public on the network, because showing it is the point. Being listed on Flutter Pro is your choice, and you can turn it off at any time.

If you link your forum account, the forum confirms it is yours and we store your forum username and ID, plus your public forum stats and the titles of your latest public posts, refreshed daily, to show on your profile. We also add a link to your profile on your forum profile. To suggest the right forum account, we may ask the forum whether an account uses your email address; we never link one without you confirming it. Disconnecting deletes what we stored and removes the link from the forum. Our security log keeps a record that the link was made and removed, with the forum account's ID.

Cookies and browser storage

itsallwidgets.com sets one strictly necessary session cookie, only when you sign in (plus a "remember me" cookie). Flutter Pro, FlutterX and Flutter Streams set no cookies at all. Because nothing is used for tracking, no cookie banner is needed.

Your browser's local storage keeps a few display preferences on your own device, never sent to us: your theme (iaw.theme), gallery view, cards or wall (iaw.density), whether you've visited before (to skip the intro), drafts of an app you are submitting, your podcast resume position, and the list of apps you were browsing (for the previous and next buttons).

So your theme matches across the network, a link from one network site to another carries your theme choice and when you made it in the part of the address after the #, which browsers never send to our servers, but only when that site doesn't have it yet. The page you arrive on saves it and removes it from the address bar. Each site also remembers which choice the other network sites already have (iaw.theme.sync).

Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the network, may set short-lived security cookies to filter abusive traffic.

Things that load from other services

YouTube and Twitch videos and Flutter Web demos only load after you click to play them. Until then, nothing is requested from those services. Links to app stores, websites and the forum take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply.

Emails

We send emails about your own listings (for example "Your app is live"). Optional updates can be turned off from any email's footer or from your account's Notifications tab.

Errors

When something breaks, an error report (without your personal data) is sent to our error tracker, Sentry, so we can fix it.

Your data, your choice

From your account you can download everything we store about you, or delete your account. Deleting removes your profile, your apps and your images. Our encrypted backups keep deleted data for up to 30 days (monthly backups up to 12 months) before it is gone for good.
