Terms of service
These terms cover It's All Widgets, Flutter Pro, FlutterX, Flutter Streams and the It's All Widgets Podcast (together, "the network").
Using the network
The network is a free showcase of apps, developers, resources and streams from the Flutter community. By browsing it or submitting to it, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you can agree to them on its behalf.
What you submit
You keep ownership of everything you submit. You give us permission to show it across the network, to resize and reformat it (for example screenshots and social cards), and to share links to it, including posts from our accounts on X and Bluesky.
When you submit something you confirm that it is yours, or that you have every right needed to share it; that it is accurate; and that it contains nothing unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing or pornographic, and no malware.
You may not misrepresent where an app comes from, impersonate its developer, or claim an affiliation you don't have.
Apps and links are third-party
Apps, articles, videos, streams and other content listed on the network are made by independent developers who are not affiliated with us. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them.
Moderation
We review submissions and may decline, hide or remove anything at our discretion, for example when it isn't built with Flutter, duplicates an existing listing, or breaks these terms. Suspected fraud or illegal activity may be reported to the authorities.
No warranty
We work to keep the network online and your listings intact, but it is provided as is, and it is not a data storage service: keep your own copies of anything you submit. You use the network at your own risk, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from it.
Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from what you submit or from your misuse of the network.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
