This app helps you calculate the amounts of all the ingredients necessary to prepare ramen noodles. It lets you plan a mix up to 3 kinds of flours you can filter by country availability, adjust the hydration salt and kansui amount and add adjuct ingredients.

The app also has a "simple mode" with only the basic controls and tutorial panes for all the concepts.
