Simply install this app, and run it every so often. You can see changes in your follower and following lists, newly added, newly unfollowed, their Instagram url changes, profile picture and name changes, etc. Write down their birthdays in app and receive reminders. Do not miss it next year! Write down notes on something they might've shared on stories. Mention that later and impress them!
The app is free to use. The free version allows you to see new unfollows six times for free, then you have to subscribe. The subscription is for 3 months. Without subscription, your new unfollows will be blurred out, but you can see all other changes in your follower and following list changes. The free version allows you to write down birthday but will not send reminder notifications.
