About Future: Time Capsule
Future Family turns your memories into time capsules: you create them today, your loved ones open them later.
A letter for your daughter's 18th birthday. The video of a birth, to watch again in ten years. Your grandparents' voices, kept for their grandchildren. Future Family keeps every memory locked until the day you chose.
CREATE A CAPSULE
• Text, photo (front and back camera at once), video or audio.
• Send it to yourself, to a loved one, or to several people at once.
CHOOSE WHEN IT OPENS
• On a specific date.
• At an age: "for your 18th birthday", "for your 30th".
• In a series: a capsule opens after the previous one, to tell a story over time.
Until then, the person it is for cannot see what is inside.
WRITE TO THOSE WHO ARE NOT HERE YET
Create a profile for your unborn child, or for a loved one who does not have the app yet. Send them capsules from today. When the time comes, they get all their memories back with a personal code.
LIVE YOUR MEMORIES TOGETHER
• A notification when a capsule opens.
• Memories from past years, on their anniversary.
• A weekly challenge to give you an idea of a memory to create.
YOUR MEMORIES ARE PROTECTED
• Encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in Europe.
• Never sold, never shared, never used for advertising.
• Delivered only to the people you chose.
PLANS
• Free: 1 GB of storage, 1-minute videos, 1 future member.
• Essential: 20 GB, 5-minute videos, 2 future members.
• Premium: 150 GB, 30-minute videos, unlimited future members.
• Boost: 2 GB more for life, as a one-time purchase.
After 12 consecutive months of subscription, your capsules are never deleted for exceeding your storage, even if you stop paying.
Essential and Premium are monthly or yearly subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it in your App Store account settings.
